I have interviewed two teachers consisting of 5 questions each and I have handed out 16 copies of my questionnaire containing 10 questions each. I used 8 males and 8 females so that I can make a non-biased conclusion to my research. To provide effective lesson plans with a clear idea of what they will be learning; allowing new learning goals and to practice new skills; being consistent in marking and returns work in a timely manner. They are prepared and organised and in their classroom early. Lesson plans are clear and structured, proving organisation, illustrating good traits of intelligence. To encourage students to become more involved, to make a strong connections with the student; to ask questions in order to reciprocate feedback to debater their findings; their beliefs; their theories: but prevent strong students dominating.
To make them feel appreciated, to be noted, to recognise them as a person, not just an individual. Good teachers have a good qualifications and subject knowledge; they are organised, energetic and have empathy and good communication skills. This is obviously important for good education. During this mode, he entertains questions from students on their personal areas of difficulties. Occasionally, he gives assignments to back up his teachings. During his teachings, he pays close attention to the expression, mood, sitting posture and carriage of his students. This tells him when his students are lost, sad, worried, hungry, sick, away in dream land or simply tired. Once he is done processing the information gotten from our faces, he either finds a way of brightening the mood of his students, bringing them back from the dream world, or ending his class without breaking his stride or alerting the whole population of students to what is currently going on.
